The US and South Korea are planning on joining their army forces for military exercises in which the Pentagon says joining together both army forces would claim a preclusion to North Korea.
Hillary Clinton, the US secretary of State and Robert Gates, a defense Secretary, will visit Seoul next week to discuss about the military exercises.
An international inspection was against North Korea, but Pyongyang, a capital city of North Korea, has denied it.
Geoff Morrell said Mrs. Clinton and Mr. Gates would discuss and approve the conjoined naval and air exercises in the Sea of Japan and the
